Molly joined the PB&F team after taking a gap year with both every idea and absolutely no idea what she wanted to do. Since then, she has completed her Bachelor of Business through Charles Sturt University while growing into a key part of the operational side of the business.

As Practice Manager, Molly works across client services, onboarding, systems, operations, marketing and practice management, helping keep both the team and clients moving forward. She loves building strong relationships with clients and creating systems and processes that make life easier for everyone involved.

Molly thrives on organisation, problem solving and bringing ideas to life, especially when it involves improving the client experience or finding a more efficient way of doing things.

When she is not saving the world, one admin fairy task at a time, Molly is usually spending time with family and friends, travelling between Bathurst and her new life in Mudgee, at the netball courts or watching some sort of sport.
